A Shiraz of deep ruby colour, with aromas of blackberries and plums. The palate is highlighted by sweet berry flavours. It is well balanced with fine tannins, oak, and a soft lingering acidic finish.
Only the finest parcels of Langhorne Creek Shiraz were selected for this blend. Fermented in sweep arm fermenters and pressed off to tank to complete malolactic fermentation. Aged in older American oak barrels for six months and cross flow filtered before bottling.
