Vouvray AOC, Sec-Tendre
At the heart of "The Loire Valley", our vineyard produces AOC Vouvray wines on 20 hectares of vines planted mainly with Chenin blanc.
On an emblematic plot in the heart of Vouvray, located on the edge of the hillside and close to the Loire, the clay-limestone of Clos le Vigneau produces wines where roundness, fat, fruit and freshness form a typical balance of Chenin. This cuvée is the perfect example of dry-tender, fermented and aged in old barrels, it highlights the marriage between acidity, the natural sugar of the grape and the minerality due to the subsoil.

The nose is deep, fresh and fruity with notes of white fruits, quice and fig. This wine has a sweet and fruity palate with a dry and mineral finish. It can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or with the main dish. This wine is very well balenced and very fruity with a dry, lengthy finish.
In the cellar, we have chosen to limit the external contributions in our wines. We harvest and vinify in biocontrol, that is to say that we use natural mechanisms to fight against harmful organisms. Sulfur is minimized. Everything is done to produce more and more expressive white wines that will always give you more pleasure.
Fermentation in vat for 5 or 6 weeks with temperature control (16-17°C). The wine ages on the lees for 1 month and then on the fine lees for 3 months
