Located in the French Alps (Isère, South-East of France) and established at the end of the 19th century, the Bigallet distillery, created by Felix Bigallet, produces plant liqueurs, genuine specialties from the Alps.
Liqueur made from a blend of sweet and bitter orange peels macerated in sugar-beet-based neutral alcohol and redistilled in alembic stills, along with aromatic plants and spices.
Pure sugar caramel brings a beautiful colour to this liqueur to stick to its original history.
