Pleasant aromas of dark fruit, spice and chocolate. The palate is very soft with good intensity and structure.
Grapes were destemmed, crushed and cooled, followed by a cold maceration for 4 days to extract the aromas. Afterwards, the fermentation took place at 23C for 6 days. The free run wine and the wine from the press were blended to achieve a better structure.
