This lighter style of Shiraz displays fresh fruit flavours, balanced with a hint of oak and vanilla, black pepper, spices and fine tannins.
The wine was fermented in stainless steel sweep arm fermenters and pressed off to tank to complete malolactic fermentation. It was aged in older American oak barrels to give a classic hint of oak before cross filtration in preparation for bottling.
