Les Jamelles ESSENTIEL is a selection of the best blends vinified by the winemakers of Les Jamelles. Produced from selected plots chosen in the vineyards of the Languedoc region, the wines undergo a long ageing period
Serve fresh (8°C), it is excellent as an aperitif and with mixed salads, stuffed vegetables and grilled meats.
With its typical gorgeous pale pink colour and brilliance, Les Jamelles Cinsault is extremely fruity and aromatic, revealing scents of candy, raspberry, strawberry and grenadine, along with floral nuances (rose).
The grapes are pressed immediately after being harvested. The must is cold settled and fermentation takes place under monitored temperatures (maximum 15°C). There is no malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled relatively early.
This wine is a "rosé de saignée". Maceration of whole bunches in vats for a few hours (untill the right colour is being reached). The juice is fermented at low temerature after pressing. Malolactic fermentation is not processed
