The red wine Dona Matilde is produced from Old Vines with local grape varieties, mainly Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Amarela. It is a wine with a ruby color, with a complex aroma, initially to cherry and strawberry followed by mint, fig and spices. In the mouth it is soft and smooth but with plenty of volume and structure.
