Yellow with golden reflections.
Aromas are of fresh white peach and pear, and floral. Moderate contributions of oak wood aging.
The wine is very fresh and elegant. The flowers and white fruits are repeated on the palate along with some mineral notes.
It is a good aperitif and perfectly accompanies fresh salads, pasta and fish.

Vinification:
Part of the wine is fermented in French oak, the rest in a stainless steel tank.
60% of the wine is aged in French oak for 10 months.
