Tasting Notes

This mixed case brings together wines from famous European regions that each offer great value and elegance.  

Domaine Cherrier Sancerre.  The nose opens with intense aromas of citrus zest, peaches and exotic fruits. In the background, floral notes of broom, elder flower and lily appear. Firm attack on the palate, which then allows a good volume mid-palate. Back on aromatic white flowers and tropical fruits. Tense finish.

Domaine Lafond Cotes du Rhone.  A lovely bottle full of charm and roundness.  Soft on the palate with good concentration. A very round and pleasant wine with aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, black currants and undergrowth.

Il Conventino Vino Nobile Rosso.  Ruby red with flavors of plum and blackberry, a beautiful floral of red flowers, an undergrowth background and spicy touches. Soft, medium-bodied with a pleasant note of freshness: a fresh, fruity, crisp Rosso di Montepulciano.

Chateau Roudier.  A deep cherry red hue.  Fresh, fruity aromas are accompanied by a touch of menthol and pepper. Supple and round on the palate, soft mature tannins with excellent structure on the finish.  Mature and elegant.
