Tasting Notes
A fragrant wine with intense green apple, pear, light peach and floral aromatics. A pleasant and fine sparkling wine that is fresh and well balanced.
Technical Notes
- Grapes are carefully selected directly at the vineyards. Yeasts and sugar are then added to the base wine followed by fermentation in a pressure tank. After filtration, the wine is bottled using modern technologies.

- Prosecco high on fruit is made interesting by a slight lean to the oxidative plus side. Add to that a leesy complexity and sparkling life is really developing some interest. The acidity is a step below some but the tart component is more intriguing than most because it is neither sharp not lactic. It's actually layered, resulting in complexity. Drink 2016-2018. Tasted August 2016. - 89 points - Michael Godel, Wine Align This seems to have a bit more fruit and character than many proseccos, with nicely ripe pear/melon fruit, vague lemon and a touch of corn husk greenness. It's light bodied, fresh and firm with a light dusting of sweetness on the finish. Nicely active, slightly foamy mousse. The length is very good.
