Belgium's Palm Brewery has a colourful and unique history, dating back to 1686 when Steenhuffel innkeeper, Theodor Cornet, brewed beer to serve to his guests. Over the centuries, the brewery has survived two world wars andweathered the storm of economic downturns, the whims of customers, as well as changes of ownership. That they have expanded and flourished and continue to brew award-winning beers attests to the fact that they are doing something, not only right, but special.
