Most of our Côtes du Rhône vineyards are located in Saint Marcel d'Ardèche, which is an hour's drive from Tavel. The advantage of having terroirs in this region further north allows to have wines with a good freshness and fruity, which perfectly corresponds to the vision of the wine world of the domain.
A lovely bottle full of charm and roundness. Soft on the palate with good concentration. A very round and pleasant wine with aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, black currants and undergrowth.
Grapes are destemmed then a short maceration takes place for about 8 to 10 days between 23C and 30C. Pressing and fermentation follows, with maturation continuing in stainless steel tanks until the bottling in late spring.
